Why is this so cheap?
This is genuine overstock from the 2025 holiday season. The manufacturer severely overproduced for the European market. Rather than paying for ongoing warehouse storage, the surplus was liquidated to us, allowing us to offer it at a fraction of the retail price.
Is the makeup expired?
No! Everything was freshly manufactured in late 2025. All products are completely sealed and have shelf lives extending well into 2027 and 2028.
When will it actually arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 leave our UK facility the same working day and typically arrive between Fri 07 Aug and Sun 09 Aug. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
Will I be charged import fees?
No. Stock is already in the UK, so there is nothing to clear and nothing to pay on the doorstep. The price at checkout is the final price.
How do I get a refund if I change my mind?
