Do they fit true to size?
Yes. Order your usual size. If you are a half size, or your feet are on the wider side, go up one. The leather will soften and mold to your foot after a few wears. Check the foot length column in the fit table above if you want to be certain before ordering.
When will they actually arrive?
Orders placed before 16:00 leave our UK facility the same working day and typically arrive between Fri 07 Aug and Sun 09 Aug. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
What if I order the wrong size?
Email support@norvuo.com with your order number. We send a prepaid UK return label and ship the correct size — exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery.
Will I be charged import fees?
No. Stock is already in the UK, so there is nothing to clear and nothing to pay on the doorstep. The price at checkout is the final price.
How do I get a refund if I change my mind?
Send us one email within 30 days of delivery. We reply with a prepaid label and refund to your original payment method once the parcel scans in. No restocking fee, no forms.
Is checkout secure?
